Bulk Communication Tool
Prezence have developed a comprehensive single or multi-server (dependent on outbound speed required) bulk communication platform which has been deployed for several Prezence clients, including Ster-Kinekor. The platform enables the sending of personalised and automated newsletters and ad hoc mailers to a specified subscriber base. This essentially enables the sending of automatically populated newsletters directly from the site with content added through the CMS.
The system gives the brand full control over high-speed direct communications to the user base.
Integrated directly into Prezence profiler tools, it enables fully profiled direct personalised communication in minutes. This system brings the full power of an external email agency in-house. It puts powerful, controllable and trackable email communications firmly in the hands of the brand with minimal ongoing costs and huge savings over outsourced solutions.
The system can currently generate and send over 300,000 emails per hour. A bulk sms tool also forms part of the same platform enabling a throughput of over 50,000 outbound sms communications per hour to the user database.
