Prezence have developed ground-breaking systems to enable the proximity detection of profiled users at various brand touch points where Prezence installed BLUETOOTH installations exist. This enables the brand to deliver user-profiled content and interact directly with the customer in ‘bricks and mortar’ locations as well as full proximity tracking across their very own BLUETOOTH national network, if required.

The Prezence BLUETOOTH system is also fully customisable to work in standalone applications and deliver highly interactive content and transmissions at events, in-store or from POS, posters and billboard installations across the country. Campaigns can be configured and managed remotely through a central remote interface or pre-configured to run un-aided.

When linked into the Prezence profiling tools, registered users can be automatically detected and indentified as they near a Bluetooth unit. The unit can then deliver profile-based content, personalised alerts, tickets or offers directly to the user’s cellphone. Loyalty and physical tracking can occur and full user interactivity with a user can be logged and measured.
