Ster-Kinekor Profiler
Prezence developed a comprehensive user profiling engine and CRM tools for Ster-Kinekor that allows all Movie Club Members and Ster-Kinekor cinema goers to create and log in to their own profile, amend their details whenever they wish and dictate to Ster-Kinekor the type and medium of communications they would like to receive.
Any user can also create a new profile where they can opt-in for Ster-Kinekor communications based on their interest categories.
The system has a detailed graphical back-end interface for Ster-Kinekor to query any information and data sets within the subscriber and Movie-Club base at any time. This system has also been integrated directly into a comprehensive communications platform built by Prezence to enable seamless end-to-end CRM from the querying of the database to the actual creation and delivery of communications via email and SMS.
The Ster-Kinekor profiler system also serves the mobile site to instantly deliver a tailored and customised homepage view based on the user's preferences.
