MiMoney
MiMoney, powered by Standard Bank, is a virtual payment voucher that can be purchased through self-banking channels (internet banking, mobile banking and telephone banking) or from participating sales agents. The virtual cash is then delivered to a cellphone, and works as a secure alternative to credit card payments.
The MiMoney voucher enables users without credit cards to transact online, and also addresses the security concerns that users still harbour in using their credit cards. The MiMoney virtual payment vouchers are safe and convenient and users don't incur any additional charges from MiMoney in the purchase or use of the voucher.
The site, created by Prezence, features an online MiMoney ATM where users can buy MiMoney and check their balance.
The primary target market is South African youth aged 16 and 24 and, as such, the site's look and feel is funky and fresh, while still conveying the secure nature of the brand.
The website offers suggestions for user spending by featuring target market focused products from merchants that accept MiMoney payments including Ster-Kinekor, Exactmobile, Kalahari.net, Mr Delivery and MXit.
The website features full payment system and retailer integration.
Users can also submit their cellphone numbers on the website to have an SMS sent to their phones with a link to the MiMoney mobi site.
The site was developed using a combination of HTML, CSS and Flash and content is managed via a secure customised content management system.
In addition to this development and design work, Prezence were also charged with revamping the brand's logo for the website and devising the payoffline.

Savanna, a popular South African cider, has managed through quirky advertising to establish a cult-like following. Savanna loyalists often go as far as to pitch their own Savanna ads, so by using material from the latest TV ad, Prezence created a campaign microsite where consumers were given the chance to make their own Savanna ads online. -
Merseystate
The Merseystate website promotes the music of South African band Merseystate and features an animated street scene with clickable billboards that bring up the various content sections. -
A Million Faces
Prezence are behind the innovative digital campaign for much loved local band, Watershed, and launched the novel online and mobi platform for the South African supergroup in celebration of their forthcoming 10-year anniversary hits album. -
MTV Portal and CMS
Prezence redeveloped the entire MTV base portal and Content Management System.
